Request a demoOrganizations rarely start from zero. Bulk Import lets you bring historical activity data into CarbonBiz from a CSV or XLSX file using a downloadable template. Files up to 5 MB and 10,000 rows are accepted per batch, and every row is validated for required fields, allowed values, positive amounts and dates that are not in the future.
Duplicate rows (same organization, type, name and date) are rejected with a clear message rather than silently double-counted. Special source types that need their own calculation form, such as septic tanks or refrigerant leaks, are rejected with a hint pointing to the right form. After each run you get a per-row success and failure report, and an import log entry plus an audit log entry record what was loaded and by whom.
On the way out, the App exports activity lists as CSV with a UTF-8 byte-order mark so Thai text opens correctly in Excel, and generates XLSX workbooks through a streaming writer that handles 100,000 rows or more without exhausting memory. The same export layer serves the TGO forms, per-site workbooks, intensity reports and the international disclosure packs.
