These Terms of Use govern your use of the CarbonBiz website operated by iBiztech Co., Ltd. (บริษัท ไอบิสเทค จำกัด), Bangkok, Thailand. By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

#An informational website

This website describes the CarbonBiz App and publishes articles about corporate carbon footprint methodology, verification and regulation in Thailand. It is provided for general information only. Nothing on it is legal, accounting or engineering advice, and it does not create any contract for the supply of the CarbonBiz App. Commercial terms for the App are agreed separately.

#No substitute for official documents

Articles on this website summarise and cite official documents, in particular publications of the Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization), known as TGO. We take care to cite the document and page each fact comes from, and we mark content whose status we have not confirmed. Even so, the articles are not the official text, may be simplified, and may become out of date when TGO issues a new edition. Always check the current official document before relying on any requirement described here. iBiztech gives no warranty that the content is complete, accurate or current, and accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of it.

#Intellectual property

The CarbonBiz name, logo, website design, text, images and code are owned by iBiztech Co., Ltd. or used under licence. You may view, print and quote short extracts of the articles for personal, educational or internal business use, provided you keep the source attribution. Any other reproduction, distribution or commercial use requires our written permission. Official TGO documents quoted in the articles remain the property of TGO.

#Links to the App and to other sites

The website links to the CarbonBiz App at carbonbiz.ibiztech.co.th. The App is a separate service with its own account terms and privacy practices; this website does not share any data with it. The website may also link to external sites such as TGO. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability.

#Contact form

If you use the contact form you agree to provide accurate information and not to use the form for unsolicited advertising, automated submissions or any unlawful purpose. Handling of the personal data you submit is described in the Privacy Policy.

#Availability

We aim to keep the website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the website at any time without notice.
