Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how iBiztech Co., Ltd. collects and uses personal data on the CarbonBiz website. It is written to meet the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) of Thailand (PDPA). It applies to this public website only. The CarbonBiz App has its own terms and its own data handling, and the website does not share data with the App.

#Data controller

The data controller is iBiztech Co., Ltd. (บริษัท ไอบิสเทค จำกัด), Bangkok, Thailand. For any question about this policy or your personal data, write to developer@ibiztech.co.th.

#What we collect

The only place this website collects personal data is the contact form. When you submit it, we store:

• Your name
• Your organization
• Your email address
• Your phone number, only if you choose to enter it
• The area of interest you select
• Your message
• The exact consent text that was shown to you and the fact that you accepted it
• The language (locale) the form was submitted in
• A one-way hash of your IP address, used only to detect abuse and rate-limit repeated submissions. The raw IP address is not stored.
• Your browser user agent string

We do not collect data from visitors who only read the site. There are no analytics scripts and no third-party tracking on this website.

#Why we collect it

We use the contact form data for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry about CarbonBiz. We do not use it for marketing lists, profiling or automated decisions.

#Legal basis

We process contact form data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before you submit the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see Your rights below). Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it.

#How long we keep it

We keep contact form submissions for up to 24 months from the date of submission, so that we can follow up on the enquiry and refer back to it if you contact us again. If you ask us to delete your data earlier, we will do so.

#Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. The only parties that may have technical access to it are the service providers that host this website and its content management system, acting on our instructions. Your data is stored in the website's content management system, which only iBiztech staff can log in to.

#Browser storage

The website stores one preference in your browser's local storage: your chosen theme (dark or light). This value never leaves your browser, is not linked to you and is not sent to us. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

#Your rights under the PDPA

As a data subject you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you and request a copy
• Ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete
• Ask us to delete your data
• Withdraw your consent
• Object to or restrict processing in the cases the PDPA provides for
• Lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) of Thailand if you believe we have not handled your data lawfully

To exercise any of these rights, email developer@ibiztech.co.th. We will respond within the period the PDPA requires.

If we change how the website handles personal data, we will update this page and the date shown on it.
