Readiness Engine

Know whether your data is complete enough for each report before you export, with a checklist that tells you exactly what to fix.

Exporting a report and then discovering a missing field is a slow way to find gaps. The Readiness Engine runs a checklist for each of nine report types before you export: 56-1 One Report, TGO Fr-04.1 and Fr-04.2, per-site, intensity, GRI 305, SBTi, TCFD and CDP. Each checklist reads signals from your organization settings, activities, emission factors, facilities and goals and evaluates rules specific to that report.

For example, the Fr-04.2 check looks for at least three Scope 3 categories, Tier 3 factors where supplier data is expected and significance flags; the per-site check confirms every facility has a floor area and that at least 80 percent of activities are tagged to a site; the SBTi check confirms a goal with baseline and target exists and screens the Scope 3 share; the CDP check confirms a verifier name is on file.

Every item shows one of three states: ok, missing with an instruction on where to fix it, or not applicable, which is excluded from the percentage. A colour-coded bar summarises readiness at a glance, groups expand to show the detail, and the card refreshes automatically when data changes.
