TGO CFO Reports

The Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (TGO) publishes a standard set of forms for corporate carbon footprint submissions. CarbonBiz produces them directly from your inventory in the layout of TGO CFO Version 04 (30 January 2025): Fr-01 organization details, boundary method and calculation approach with signature rows for preparer, approver and verifier; Fr-02 boundary diagram and organization chart references; Fr-03.1 organizational units; Fr-03.2 Scope 3 significance assessment; Fr-04.1 the GHG account for the reporting year; Fr-04.2 the same account for the base year; and Fr-05 the summary with intensity per employee and per revenue and year-on-year change.

Fr-04.1 and Fr-04.2 list every activity with its seven-gas breakdown, biogenic CO2, emission factor source and version, and GWP version, and dates are converted to the Buddhist Era automatically. Custom factors are marked with their tier so the verifier can distinguish them from system defaults. Fr-03.2 flags Scope 3 categories that exceed the significance threshold.

You can export each form on its own or the full workbook with all sheets. Large inventories are written with a streaming XLSX writer in batches of 1,000 rows, so exports of 100,000 activities or more complete without exhausting memory.
